FRC’s Cognitive Behavioral Training (CBT) course is a structured, evidence-based program designed to help individuals recognize and change patterns of thinking that contribute to problematic behaviors. Rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy principles, this course focuses on increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening decision-making skills in real-world situations. The program emphasizes accountability, skill development, and long-term behavior change, not just compliance.
Our course is appropriate for both court-mandated participants and individuals seeking personal growth. It is delivered in a professional, respectful environment and meets Tennessee requirements for cognitive behavioral training related to misdemeanor offenses.
